TETRASERVICE Portal
A few months after opening, our portal www.tetraservice.com is getting the interest of many designers who find the availability of all the 3D models
regarding the products of present companies, thanks to the power and the versatility of our configurators/selectors that offer the possibility to choose in few seconds the desired configuration among billions
of possible combinations.
This portal hosts companies that already use the TETRASERVICE system and represents a reference for designers who want uniform easy access to 3D/2D resources, to the quoted dimensional drawings and to the creation of
customizable “project” cards by the user with the possibility to update in real time all the models previously used.
Currently, there are worm gearboxes, helical gearboxes, planetary gearboxes, electric motors, jacks, electric actuators; and deployments with hydraulic motors, hydraulic pumps, directional control valves,
pneumatic cylinders, linear systems, torque limiters are being planned.
The access and downloading are free after registration.
DYNAMIC CHOICE
The TETRASERVICE system has been implemented with the DYNAMIC CHOICE module which offers:
- applications calculation;
- selection of the products based on the application data or description;
- direct comparison with other series;
- dimensional and performance comparison;
- configuration of morphological characteristics;
- generation of description;
- generation of reports with item number, description and features;
- generation of the quoted dynamic drawing (colour vector design corresponding to 100% of the carried out configuration);
- generation of 3D/2D model;
- generation of the replacement list associated to the set product and creation of request form bid/order;
- link to TS e-commerce form for bid request or orders.
